Realistic Criteria

[[Two figures stand talking.]] Figure with hat: We shouldn't be exploring other planets until we've solved all our problems here on Earth. Other figure: Sounds reasonable. So, what's the timeline on "Solving all problems"? Ten years? Fifteen?

I'm leaning toward fifteen. There are a lot of them.
